Catch defects while sewing is still happening, so a quality issue stays a machine adjustment rather than a warehouse full of rework eating into your margin.

Garment Quality Control Software

Our textile quality management system turns fragmented operational data into a single source of truth. The commercial returns are measurable.

Garment Quality Control Software
Overview

Most garment QC programmes run on a patchwork of tools, email threads for WIP updates, WhatsApp for defect photos, Excel for AQL calculations, and a PDF report that nobody fully trusts anyway. Line defects get caught too late, late-stage rework costs three times more than early prevention would have, and chargebacks arrive with no documented defence. QA Excellence closes that loop by putting every player in the chain on one governed platform.

What it includes
  • AQL inspection engine

Auto-calculates sampling plan and accept/reject numbers per ISO 2859-1. No manual tables, no miscalculations.

  • Inspector mobile app

Offline-first app with GPS-stamped photos taken inside the app. Auditors cannot backdate or fake an inspection.

  • Shipment Kill-Switch

Fail an AQL check and the QA Release Docket locks. Goods cannot move to the freight forwarder until a real Pass is issued.

  • Live WIP dashboard

Sewing, washing, and packing percentages stream to the buyer in real time. No daily update emails, no chasing factories.

  • CAP loop

Corrective Action Plan issued digitally, assigned to the factory, tracked to closure. The rework email thread is gone.

  • ESG Kill-Switch

BSCI, WRAP, and SEDEX cert expiry tracked automatically. A lapsed cert locks the factory out of new POs before it becomes a PR problem.

Why it’s different

Built for garments, not generic audits

IA Auditor was built for checklists. Tekscrum QA was built for garment supply chains, with ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling tables, apparel-specific defect taxonomy, and a multi-tenancy model that a generic audit tool simply wasn't designed to handle.

Every handoff is locked

From tech pack to final inspection, every handoff is a hard digital lock. Factories cannot move production forward until they sign updated specifications. That blocks the structural errors behind the vast majority of retail apparel returns. Inspectors cannot touch report data after GPS sign-off.

Live to every player who needs it

True quality coordination needs full visibility across the entire footprint, not just one team's slice of it. The brand sees defect trends. The buying house sees WIP. The factory sees its open CAPs. The inspector has their brief. One platform, four different views, all in real time.

How it works
1

Brand authors the spec.

PO raised, AQL level set, tech pack uploaded and signed off.

2

Buying house allocates the scope.

Factory linked to brand, inspection type set, AQL standard locked.

3

Inspector runs the audit.

Mobile app works offline with GPS-stamped photos and auto-calculated AQL results.

4

Pass or lock.

Pass releases the docket and clears the shipment. Fail fires the Kill-Switch and opens a digital CAP.

What QA teams say after switching to enforced QA.

Factories used to claim they never got the updated spec. Now every change needs a digital signature with a timestamp. Disputes about what version was in production dropped to zero in our first season.

Head of Quality · European Fashion Brand

The COPQ reports were transformative. We could finally show clients in dollar terms how much our inspection programme saved them per season. We renewed three contracts off that data alone.

Rahul K.
Director · Buying House, Dhaka

We went live in 11 days. Our auditors work in basements with zero WiFi — the offline app captures everything and syncs later. Factories were trained in an afternoon.

QC Manager · Sourcing Agency, Istanbul

Three shipments were held at customs in two years over cert lapses nobody caught. Automatic expiry tracking with PO locks solved it permanently — 18 months without a single lapse.

Compliance Director · Apparel Group, Karachi

Brands used to complain they had no visibility between PO and shipment. Now they log in and see exactly what stage every order is at, in real time. It transformed those relationships.

We cut our pre-shipment failure rate from 18% to under 5% in one season by adding DUPRO at 20% production. The extra visits cost less than a single chargeback we avoided in month one.

FAQ

Garment Quality Control Software

Those tools were built for generic checklists. Tekscrum QA is built for garment supply chains, ISO 2859-1 AQL calculation built in, garment-specific defect taxonomies, multi-brand buying house management, and a shipment lock that no generic tool offers.

Factories get a free web portal with no installation and no cost to them. The inspector uses the mobile app on iOS and Android. The brand and buying house manage everything from a web dashboard.

Most clients run their first live inspection within 14 days of sign-up. Onboarding covers factory portal setup, AQL configuration, and a walkthrough with your team.

Yes. A single buying house can manage dozens of brands, each with its own AQL standards, factory relationships, and inspection programmes, all separated and governed by hard digital locks.
